At Ashbury Home & Living, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions.
Returns
You can return most new, unopened items within 100 days of delivery for a full refund.
All returns must be in their original condition and include all original packaging and labels.

Please note: Returns are sent to our warehouse in China. International return shipping costs can be significant. We strongly recommend contacting us first at support@ashburyhomeliving.uk — in many cases we can offer a suitable solution without requiring you to return the item. - Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exclusions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Refunds

After this 1-hour window, we’re unable to accept cancellations due to internal automation that begins processing orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, it must be returned in line with our standard returns procedure.
